2. Products and Customization

We specialize in customizable, hotel-quality bed linens. While we make every effort to display the colors and textures of our Scandinavian-inspired linens accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the physical product.

Personalized offers provided via our interactive quiz are subject to material availability. Custom-tailored bedding sets are made to order and require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the checkout process.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the Veloura Home Linen website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers or personalized quiz discounts cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

4. Shipping and Returns

We ship exclusively within Canada. Standard and expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout. For details on returns, please note that custom-fitted or personalized linens are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Standard (non-customized) linens may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unwashed, and unused condition.
